1. About usThese terms concern transactions between Groenendaal Trading as the seller
2. ProposalMaking proposal does not mean there is an agreement. However, a proposal can lead to an agreement.
3. Changes in an agreementThe customer is responsible for mistakes of failures in the proposal made by Groenendaal Trading after the customer agreed to the proposal by mail, telephone or verbally. Tax changes and unexpected costs will be charged after consultation with the customer.
4. PricesWithout any notification prices can be changed. When prices increase more then 25% after an order has been placed by the customer and confirmed by Groenendaal Trading, the customer is allowed to cancel the order.
5. DeliveryDelivery times are just an indication. When it takes longer to deliver an order, it is not possible to cancel the order, unless the delay is more then 30 days.Groenendaal Trading may refuse an order, even when an order has been partially or fully delivered.
6. Responsibility a. Complaints will not be accepted when an order has been delivered according to the terms. Orders that have been picked up can not be returned.b. Groenendaal Trading is not responsible for theft, accidents or loss of delivered orders, caused by the expeditor or customer.c. The use of the delivered order is the customer responsibility. Damage suffered through the use of purchased products is at the expense of the customer.
7. WarrantyDeliveries are under warranty of the supplier/factory. Damage/failure by dropping or wrong use of the order will not be considered. No warranty on sales. In case of warranty the product will be replaced. There will be NO refund.
8. ReturnsFor all purchases a view period of 8 days applies. Customers may return the order within 8 days. The costs for returning are paid for by the customer. Groenendaal Trading is not allowed to charge for other costs. When the purchase has been returned within 8 days, Groenendaal Trading will refund within 30 days. This does NOT apply to sales, used items or custom orders and does NOT include the costs the customer made to return the order. Returned items may be used for promotional purposes.
9. ShippingOrder will never be sent for free, unless mentioned differently. Groenendaal Trading charges shipping costs of PostNL/expeditor.
10. Colour and contrast differencesIt is impossible to reproduce the original colour. Change in colours are a fact. Some suppliers make phone cases with a different coating for printing. This leads to for example a lighter black. This is especially the case for older model phones and phones other then Apple and the Samsung S series. The contrast of an image on your screen can't be compared to the actual print on any of our products.
11. PaymentOn your bill onebicycles.com is stated as beneficiary . We advice you t print out an copy of your order and/or payment or at least save it.
